Airport Services

Consist of Representation, Administration & Supervision as per Annex A’ – Section 13 of the Ground Handling Services of the IATA SGHA of 1998.

Representation services: As per Greek law, all international airlines are required to appoint a Representative in Greece, to coordinate & liaise with local authorities, the Civil Aviation Authority (HCAA), file documentation, as well as Slot Coordination for all matters concerning the airline. EVE is a licensed airport representation company with extensive experience.

Dedicated staff is always available during the operational times supervising the Handling companies, on their performance, at the Passenger & Ramp Services and giving Operational Assistance whenever is required.

Sales

• Dedicated service staff (bearing the insignia of the client airline) is available before & during the flight and after departure.
• The client airline is serviced from committed sales desk (departure level of main building) with the illustration of carrier’s sign/logo.

Ground Handling: EVE collaborates with all ground handling companies in the Greek territory.
