EVESALES MODEL

 

The GSA undertakes to secure commercial policy and guidelines and perform all sales, operational and administrative functions on behalf of the client airline represented and furthermore:  

  • Maintains facilities fully equipped for airline services displaying the distinctive emblem and symbols of the client.  
  • Retains a Sales Task Force.
  • Provides with designated personnel for each operational position that may be required by the client, including exclusive Product Manager(s).  
  • Performs reservations and ticketing within the facility.  
  • Keeps complete account of sales & ticketing, ticket & cargo revenue, etc.

   

EVEMARKETING & PROMOTION MODEL

 

The GSA covers all marketing and promotional needs of the client airline in the Greek market, by means of distribution to Travel Agents, Tour Operators, Corporations and moreover -  

  • Organizes promotional functions and workgroups including social events.  
  • Regularly participates in tourism fares and relative occasions.  
  • Maintains multi-fax and e-mail distribution systems, constantly providing the market with information, news and updates concerning the client airline.  
  • Makes frequent calls to the market target groups.  
  • Coordinates familiarization tours of the client airline’s destinations. 

 

EVE - Airport Services

EVE performs airport services in conjunction with Section 13 (Supervision and Administration) of Annex A’ – Ground Handling Services of the IATA Standard Ground Handling Agreement of 1998.

EVE collaborates with major ground handling companies such as Olympic Air Services, Goldair Handling, Swissport, a company with international reputation and operations in a number of countries worldwide

 

EVE - Passenger Services

  • Dedicated service staff (bearing the insignia of the client airline) is available before & during the flight and after departure.
  • The client airline is serviced from committed sales desk (departure level of main building) with the illustration of carrier’s sign/logo.

 

EVE - Cargo

 

 For Cargo Sales Euro Voyager Enterprises, maintains an individual office establishment at the Athens International Airport (cargo terminal building) that undertakes all necessary promotional tasks such as

  • Distribution of services and rates to the entire Cargo Agents’ network throughout the country.
  • Airway bills & documents dispatch to Cargo Agents.
  • Space allocation and reservation for all outgoing consignments.
